President’s Message

Dear Members and Esteemed Industrial Fraternity,

In the current global scenario, the world economy is passing through a phase of uncertainty and volatility. Geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruptions, fluctuating energy prices, and evolving economic policies are creating a challenging environment for businesses across sectors. In such times, it becomes our collective responsibility—as responsible citizens and industrial leaders—to act with prudence and foresight.

I would like to appeal to every member of our industrial fraternity, as well as to every citizen, to consciously focus on energy conservation and optimal utilization of resources. Small, consistent efforts in saving fuel, electricity, and raw materials can collectively make a significant impact on both our economy and environment.

At the organizational level, this is the time to build lean, efficient, and technologically advanced enterprises. Businesses that are agile, cost-conscious, and digitally empowered will not only withstand global pressures but will also emerge stronger and more competitive. It is equally important to maintain financial discipline and adequate liquidity, so that we are well-prepared to navigate any unforeseen challenges or economic slowdowns in the future.

While we remain cautious, we are also committed to growth, learning, and collaboration.

Over the past quarter, Jodhpur Industries Association has actively engaged in a series of meaningful initiatives aimed at strengthening our industrial ecosystem:

  • Celebrated Republic Day with patriotic fervor, reinforcing our commitment to nation-building.
  • Conducted a session on Structuring Investment in Family Businesses, promoting sustainable and structured growth.
  • Hosted a Rooftop Solar Awareness Workshop, encouraging adoption of renewable energy solutions.
  • Organized Holi Sneh Milan, strengthening unity and bonding within the fraternity.
  • Raised a strong representation regarding shortage of Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB), supporting the detergent industry.
  • Conducted a Mega Outreach Programme on New Income Tax Act, 2025, enhancing compliance awareness.
  • Held insightful sessions on business continuity, family enterprise management, and IPO readiness, preparing members for future growth avenues.
  • Promoted Energy Conservation as a Mass Movement, aligning industry with national priorities.
  • Advocated for resumption of international flights from Jodhpur, aiming to boost regional connectivity and trade.

Going forward, JIA will continue to organize such impactful programs and take proactive steps to address industry concerns. I urge all members to stay engaged, participate actively, and align their organizations with the evolving global landscape.

Warm regards,
